The Flag Zuerich Hotel - Zurich

This hotel is great, and has everything I need like wi-fi, luggage storage, and coffee shop. The staff helped me find great shopping spots on my first stay and treated my valuables with care. I'm coming back for xmas!

The windows went to the construction site.

The double room was brand-new, it had a terrace, a coffeemaker, and a kitchenette. The location was excellent, for example, Stadion Letzigrund was at a short distance from the hotel. You could walk to shopping centres and a big shopping mall.

Friendly staff made us feel welcome .

We found that the amenities were severely lacking. The late check-in process was unclear and frustrating, as the tablet in the reception didn't offer a language option, leaving us struggling to communicate. The bathroom design was an invasion of privacy, with a glass panel allowing direct views from the room.

Thank you for an enjoyable stay. Greatly enjoyed it - the place is perfect and stunningly beautiful and suited me fine. The location is easy and ideal, at a short distance from Stadion Letzigrund.

The location was fantastic, just a short ride to the old town, and the staff were genuinely cute. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. A bonus was the nearby laundry facility, perfect for travelers on the go.

I was utterly disappointed with my stay, especially the huge lack of privacy in the bathroom, where guests can literally watch you sit! The bed was uncomfortable, and i definitely expected a welcome gift for enduring such torture. Almost gave a good review but just couldn't. Can this hotel deliver anything really good?

think that this modern hotel is beyond compare, loved it. the venue is clean, with very helpful personal, and offers excellent location adjacent to the river, and tram and trains.

Cute atmosphere, ideal if you appreciate friendly service and convenient access to public transport options.

I loved that my room was spacious, with a fridge and kettle for my convenience. The automatic blinds added a touch of luxury, and I appreciated the ample wall sockets for all my devices. It was a delight to find a sun terrace where I could soak up the rays after a long day.

My stay was great! I loved the cozy room with personality and the comfy bed, but the misleading picture of the Loft disappointed me. I would definitely come back!

The location was superb, with convenient access to trams and trains. Rooms were impressively spacious and maintained a high level of cleanliness. The fresh scent upon entering was a good touch. The lack of basic amenities such as a functional shower clip and insufficient air circulation in the room detracted from comfort, especially during warm weather. It's a solid choice for value but requires improvements to fully meet expectations.
